We first contacted Neal to assist us with the pre-opening development of our personal training department, including development of strategy and pricing, hiring and training of employees and development of standard operating procedures. Neal was also asked to help us configure our computer-based wellness system and to help us integrate this system with fitness assessments and training.
He brings a very extensive background in developing and managing personal training departments. He is very organized, an excellent communicator and is creative and thoughtful in his approach. His industry contacts are broad and deep and he has proven very helpful in developing marketing strategies. We were very fortunate to have Neal’s assistance and will continue to look to him from time to time as we seek to improve and strengthen our fitness operations.
